Add text to shipping page?

Hi there.

We need to add a breif piece of text to the shipping page that states "If no shipping price is shown, please continue with checkout and we will contact you to organise shipping"

 

Where do I add that?? Been a while since I've messed with OSC and can't find anything in search.
