islandcrafted
Hello, I am helping a friend. We took her OSCommerce site and transferred! to a new hosting provider. Everything is there, and functions except for the following things: All modules are lost in admin: payment, shipping, order total. When I look via ftp, they all exist but do not appear in admin. As a result of the above one can make a purchase but is not prompted for CC and is able to seemingly purchase without adding any payment method. A conformation email is sent that order is processed as it normally does. Also, in admin it logs as a pending order but does not show up. When I look at products, it says: image directory does not exist, yet on the site it shows the images. I try to add new product with image and I get: Catalog images directory does not exist: /home/mydomain/mydomain.com/public_html/store/images/ and product does not show up. Any ideas? Thanks! Does not work. Says file does not exist even though they appear. Also, I now cannot delete because it says file does not exist. Thanks.
♥Vger
Your folders must have permissions of 755, or else they won't be recognised as existing - even if you can physically see them. Vger
