Help. OSCommerce not passing items for invoice

I can't find a thread in all these links. If u know one, pass it. I am using PayPal IPN and everything works except it isn't passing the items ordered to paypal. Can't find out how to make someone get an account, but this should pass the items ordered to Paypal shouldn't it? :'(
