Forbidden Message After Update

Hello There,

 

I am getting this message:

 

Forbidden

 

You don't have permission to access /9261/9261/osc/admin/categories.php on this server.

 

Apache/1.3.27 Server at www.this-temptation.net Port 80

 

After everytime I try to get the update for a listing, by just putting up a photograph and then press 'update' it goes to this message.

 

Please can you advise, would really like to get this store up and running asap.
