laiyee73 Posted August 14, 2006 Share Posted August 14, 2006 Hi, hope someone can help me in the newsletter manager. I am new in oscommerce. Whenever I create a newsletter manager, and click send. It will have a preview of the newsletter and the number of users that have subscribed to the newsletter. Then when I click send, there is an error message on the confirm_send state ,the error msg is " No server found" . I thought that none of my customer receive it and retry the whole preocedure. I tried it for a few times before my customer complained that there have received multiple copies of the newsletter.The newsletter actually was send but the status shown as "not send" . Is there somewhere I can configure to indicate the send status or is it a bug? Please advise as I am not sure know is it a portion of my customers are receiving multiple copies while the rest is not receving it.Thanks.
