Custom template help!

i installed STS and created my own template but i wanna know how to make the table not fixed?? When the page expand my whole template expand. How do i make it so that when the product pages expand my template will expand according to the page? i have 2 screen shots of what im tryin to fix.

Go into your header.php file and change the table width to
