Hi all!

I am sort of new of Oscommerce. I am still doing my site up at the moment. I have not changed the layout that much so opinions would be appreciated on the currrent look. Also I would really appreciate it if someone would point me in the right direction or help me....I would like to add another box on the right hand column showing the type of payments accepted - as at the moment its not that obvious. I would like to add this box under the currencies box.

thnx

Wow, lots of typos - that's a turnoff.

Your shipping page says shipping is 9.99, but your FAQ says shipping is included in the price. Which is it?

You've got a lot of unused white space at the top of the page.

No phone number or address to be found... Particularly difficult for shipping returns back to you.

Layout is stock, so no comments there.

Good luck,

Adrienne

hi all, I have changed the colour of my store to sort of match the main store image at the top. I have also changed the buttons. I would appreciate it if someone could help me - I would like to either get rid on the watercolour images like the one you get when you fill in the contact us page or the little one on the index page which looks like a little person over the counter(with orange and yellow colour) If anyone can suggest where I can get other images to replace these or how to get rid of these. thnx....the struggle continues with the installations of contributions.

PS.Could someone please provide me with a link to download the PHPmyadmin that works....i have been to their website but I keep downloading files that dont work. thnx in advance. :)

In index.php look for this line (around line 291) and delete it.

<td class="pageHeading" align="right"><?php echo tep_image(DIR_WS_IMAGES . 'table_background_default.gif', HEADING_TITLE, HEADING_IMAGE_WIDTH, HEADING_IMAGE_HEIGHT); ?></td>

You will need to find this line in each page. Right click on the image and click properties to get the image name. Then open the relevant file and do a search for the image name.

There are silver icons that can replace these icons located here that may need to be changed to purple to match your site:
