Recently I have had a number of orders where tax and shipping have not been included in the final order . We also get orders that include Tax and Shipping. The problem is occuring with the same products. Whats interesting the same products on my computer are not causing this problem but a number of users are causing this issue to occur when they use the shopping cart. Could some one direct me to a easy solution to this problem. Is there a bug in the program or have I configured something incorrectly to cause this problem.
