We have checked and rechecked the permissions/ directories and have the product uploaded into download folder. When we go through the payment process everything is working correctly except the actual link to download the product. It will download saying unknown document and the file size is 512 kbs. when the file is actually 4.6 megs. Can anyone please help?? Thank you, Enixer :'( P.S.
