looking for Contrib .. how to organize whats_new infox in rows and colums

Is there a contrib that will allow me to arrange my whats_new info box in specifc amount of rows and colums ?

Thanks for the reply, I've tried that contrib and it only seems to allow to enter the amount of rows within the admin panel.. I'm trying to get a 3x3 but without any avail.
