Multiple Shops - Will it work for me

Is there a contribution that will allow me to do all of the following?

Have 3 store fronts,

all with different domains?

with unique looks?

with same products showing different prices?

using the same credit card processor?

using the same back end database?

using the same certificate?

I would greatly appreciate any help in the right direction.

Thank you.

Well I have tried the Mult-Shop thing it didn't work for me becuase I was unable to have 2 shop with one pay pal account it just don't work that way so what I did I had a contribution called MVS (Mult Vendor Shipping) Becuase I had certin products with certin shipping costs. But with pay pal or the same credit card proccessor the only problem you will have is the return (http://www.yourdomain.com/checkout_success.php) can only go back to one store not the other store. I hope you understand what I am trying to say.

Certainly possible, though I don't believe there's any existing contribution for that, precisely.

The simplest way that I can think of to do exactly what you want would be to insert price1, price2, price3 into your product table. Then upload three different copies of oscommerce into your three separate domains, point them all at your database, and configure them as you normally would. Then edit the files in each of them so that each calls on a different price.

I'm not sure about the SSL certificate though - I know mine only works for one domain, and only one subdomain of that. I think you can probably buy certificates applicable to more than one domain, but I don't know what that involves, precisely.

Always BACK UP your files and your database before making any changes. Before asking questions, check out the Knowledge Base. Check out the contributions to see if your problem's solved there. Search the forums.
