Getting logged out in one place but not in another.

Hello, We are using osc from last 2 years but this problem suddenly appeared. Problem is admin user logs out to login page many a time while using admin site. Strange thing is this is happening at one place and not at another place. I mean when exact steps are followed in Australia and India together, Australian admin user logs out when a product is viewed wheras the Indian admin user is working smoothly. Any help will be really appreciated.

my view is that if it had been a code problem then it would have happened in every place. It is important to know that the server configuration might have changed.
