i think that that means that you are trying to call a function which oscommerce does not know how to find...

 

i'd say that you either have a file missing

or a missing peice of code....

 

have you made any recent modifications? if so your best bet is to undo them (from your backup thats best done before doing anything) and try installing them again

 

if its a new install then try uploading all your files again....

 

 

you could try checking your server error logs for clues too...
