Evening!

OK might seem a little strange this.

I want to know how to copy my OSC website, the reason for this is that i have spent hours adding contributions and i dont have the time to make another one from scratch. I would like to run two oscommerce obvisouly they will be different and sell different products and different customer base they will run indepently from each other

To put it simple i would just like a oscommerce store like my present one

How do i go about it?

I have tried various things copying MSQL and re uploading it as xxx_os2 and changing the includes/configure.php and admin/includes/configure.php

But im getting stuck or i think i am on the user name and password part...

Please could somebody advise me where im wrong?

Many thanks!

That is easy all you need to do is use your FTP Client and download your store(Web Site) to your hard drive that way you have a full backup of your store on to another folder in your hard drive.

Before you do any changes on your site you need to do BACKUP! BACKUP!

Or try this.

BACKUP your current files before editing. Did I mention to BACKUP your current files, first?
