USAEpay Errors

I'm beating my head against the wall on this one... on the admin page under modules/shipping I am getting these errors after installing the usaEpay module:

Now, when I look on line 128 of modules.php all I get is this:

 

include(DIR_FS_CATALOG_LANGUAGES . $language . '/modules/' . $module_type . '/' . $file);

 

anyone have any ideas?
