Here's mine: http://musica360.com/store/product_info.php?products_id=56 and here's theirs: http://warrior4luv.com/contract.htm Now their site (using Osc) is really no competition to mine, but I wrote the wording to convey that we're an honest company that will do the best that we can to promote their music. Having another site with the same wording dilutes the message to me. It has pissed me off to no end... Any suggestions? I would be pissed off too--how hard is it to be creative? Obviously difficult for them based on their site! Lets say i added a review off the back of a dvd, i dont own this the film company pays a fee for this to be "there copyright". I know its a royal pain when idiots steal what you work very hard to create, it happens alot in our line of business i have even had a company take a printed brochure we create free every month - Change the front cover to his and get it printed and claim it as his. Went to a solicitor - Out come! No lawsuit! But we did get the guy by dropping all the prices in "HIS" fake customer brochure that only got sent to him, as he doesnt read the brochure he printed them sent them to his customers and then got in s**t creek when customer rang to order things 80% under what he pays for them :) You can set them up for a big fall especially those who take images "Link to yours" and get them on there site (same guy did this to our old store) Reasult Image changed to a pornographic one - email sent to his host 24 hours later his site was offline and he had to move to another store.
