Language Problem

I just tried to install another language (english) to my shop with clicking on "add another language" in the admin-area.

Then in my shop was another small flag but nothing changed while pressing it, so I decided to delete the language again, as I added it.

Without doing anything else then this, I cannot open the shop anymore, it says the following :

So my question now is, where should be a file called ".php" or where should I add it ?
