Serious problem!!

I have a serious problem with my Oscommerce store...

 

I used to access to the administration area with my admin username and password... Yesterday I provided the admin username and password many times but I can't access!! I'm pretty sure that the password is correct, so what is the problem?!! :(

I am not sure about the problem that you encountered but i have a solution. Admin area is only protected by htaccess so you need to modify your htaccess file. You can do this by the way you created password for /catalog/admin directory. Usually people do this by cpanel and using option web protect. just go there either just modify the password of old username you created or justdelete the old one and create a new one with new password.

if you are talking about your server. in your CPanel try looking for called "Folder or File Proctection"
