I know there is a "Log Date Format" in admin/logging. Try that.

BACKUP your current files before editing. Did I mention to BACKUP your current files, first?

That works in the store front but not, it seems, in the admin section. Account creation date remains in MM/DD/YY format.

Any ideas?

Cheers

The date format is defined in (catalog)/includes/languages/english.php and (catalog)/admin/includes/languages/english.php. Copy that section of code from german.php or espanol.php, both of which use the same format as UK, and overwrite the code in english.php :)
