Possible bug in the oscommerce-2.2ms2-051113, please your input need it

I always get this error

 

"1264 - Out of range value adjusted for column 'products_attributes_id' at row 1"

 

and so far can't find the answer to this problem....

 

the problem occured when inserting in the Products Attributes

 

 

*********** a "temp fixed" that I used was edited the existing demo of the detabase when I installed the oscommerce then I edited the options there to reflect my product and it worked fine.... but still, the question still remain; why it doesn't work when you insert a new product attributes.......May be the community can shine some light as of to why this problem is happening? or am I doing it wrong?********************
