email marketing in outlook express

hello,

 

i try to do some email marketing in outlook express.

 

first, i import the addressbook.wab and sent it out. The problem is, it will present as junk mail in hotmail account.

 

second, i try to import the csv or txt in outlook express. The program require me to match the field for the email address, i choose 'e-mail address' field. then i click next, it prompt me import successful, but i couldn't see any item added in my address book. why?

 

third, does anyone have the email marketing application or software to suggest?

I wouldn't mind also seeing this software referred to because I have the same problem when using Outlook (spamsters have made life difficult for legitimate mailing lists).

Hm.... Although we get many many email address. I could send to a mail's spam box/ Junk mail.

So, what can be the possible solutions. hope someone in forums here could provides some teaching to us.
