Guest Posted August 9, 2006 Share Posted August 9, 2006 Hi people: I got my first order through my site... it is for a service so the customer shouldn't be charged pst (ontario,Canada) but has been (although I thought I had set up the service for Gst only) and the gst rate which has changed from 7% to 6% is still charging 7%. I would like to refund my customer for the overcharge, paid through paypal, but I have absolutely no idea how to do this... anyone out there to help...thanks :huh: Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
