Canada Post with dimensions

I am having issues with the IP, server port, and Merchant CPC Id.

 

I originally had my host open port 30000 and IP 206.191.4.228 but I got an "Merchant CPC Id not found on server." message at the checkout in osCommerce, so I had them change it to a new IP, 216.191.36.73 but they left the port at 30000. (they were supposed to change it to 3000) I still get the same message.

 

Do I need to have the port at 3000? or does the port number matter? And what about the IP? witch one should I use?

I use the 216.191.36.73 ip addrress and the port set to 30000. As far as I know, port 3000 is blocked at the 216.191.36.73 address. Use 30000 is my suggestion.

Ask them to switch you to the production server, it does not work on the test server.

Does anyone know how to upgrade from a Canada Post module (no dimensions) to Canada Post with dimension module? I'm using MS2 I believe. I have search and search and couldn't find anything about upgrading from CP to CP w/ dimensions. Any help or direction would be great.

Curious on what module you are using I am looking at having to use something similar, once I install I might be of some help.
