web-site is almost done

my website is almost finished , but there are some things that need sorting , speed is the key here i need it doing very quickly , anyone intrested , will pay obviously

most things can be done with a little searching of the forums and contributions

i have no coding knowledge whatso ever and limited knowledge of oscommerce

 

i want to change the page titles ....... at the moment they all read "oscommerce welcome guest would you like to create an account........"

 

if you google www.castonline.co.uk you will see what i mean

 

i need to add a links page

i want to add review and guide pages

change the "welcome guest" bit

and there seems to be an issue number problem on the card payment section if you dont put one in you cant proceed (some credit cards dont have an issue number)

 

there are other things but theyve escaped me at the moment

To change the oscommerce page titles and the welcome guest text - you will need to find the right language file - i THINK that it is in includes/languages/english.php - (writing from memory)

 

Re the Card payment thing - are you sure it is not asking for the CVS number ? if not - then I Think that you would need to make the field optional - as you know ! - lol - how to do that - i am not sure -hopefully someone will come along with knowledge of this.

 

The reviews bit, hopefully should already be in files, so you need to go to includes/column_left.php and add

 

require(DIR_WS_BOXES . 'reviews.php');

 

 

that will show the reviews box if it is on your server. if it is not, you can download a copy of oscommerce and get the files needed
