Guest
Hi, I have just restored from backup from .sql file, however the catergories cannot be seen, i can only see the missing categories in the drop down move categories form. Is there any easy way of fixing this?! thanks Tim
choosealogin
Wait, I just re-read that. Do you mean they are missing from the front end (catalog) or the admin side...or both? I was assuming you meant the catalog... ------------------------------------------------------------------------ Do you have the cache enabled? If so, go to your admin page>>tools>>cache control When you get there, click the triangle icon on the right (to the far right of where you see "categories box cache") Then see if the categories are back. choosealogin
This may sound silly, but have you tried to click some of the ones that you can see (in admin). Then, click them again. See if any more show up.
