I have tried everything under the sun....I reset the permissions and I still get this error message. Could someone tell me how to fix this? Warning: I am able to write to the configuration file: C:\\Inetpub\\vhosts\\thecurveinc.com\\httpdocs\\catalog/includes/configure.php. Jack_mcs Posted August 8, 2006 Share Posted August 8, 2006 The permissions on the configure file need to be set. Sometimes 644 will work but it should be 444 or 400. Your host may not allow you to set them from your ftp program so even though it looks like you did set them, they may not be. Check what they are using your hosts file manager.
