Error 1062 on error page

I get this error ONLY when I click on anything in the information sidebox. It appears after the copyright information. After that every page has it. But if i dont click on anything in the information box during the visit it won't appear at all. can somebody help me. Heres the error.

Tried putting in the unedited information_table.php but it didnt work. Thanks for any help

Terms of Service

 

 

 

which are also the only four that are edited through the info manager in admin. the other 3 links that aren't causing the error to activate are scripted into the information_table.php as mandatory...
