It does not always happen but on occasion there will be multiple items in the shopping cart that was not put there by the customer. When they to to the shopping cart :blush: they need to remove numerous items before they can continue to checkout. Hope someone will know why this is happening and will be able to advise. ♥Vger Posted August 8, 2006 Share Posted August 8, 2006 Sometimes you get a corrupt session entry in the 'sessions' table in the database, and this can cause that problem. Access the database via phpMyAdmin, go to the sessions table, click on Browse and look for a session without a session id. Drop that one session and you should be alright.
