Can some kind person please tell me how to setup price-based table rates for USA orders and add a $2 surcharge for Canadian destinations? My fumblings are not producing the desired outcome. Thanks. e.g. Order Total S&H* $0 - $30.00 $6.00 $30.01 - $60.00 $8.00 $60.01 - $100.00 $10.00 $100.01 - $150.00 $12.00 $150.01 - $200.00 $14.00 $200.01 - $250.00 $15.00 $250.01 - $300.00 $16.00 $300.01 and above $17.00 * Canadian orders add $2.00.
