Adjusting EMAIL address file

I want to change the file that says <[email protected]> so I place my email inside and my name outside infront. I'm not sure which directory/folder and file name I'm looking for.

Man am I stupid it was on the Configuration page inside of the Cpanel. All I had to do is edit it.

the store info should be in admin > configuration > My Store, e.g:

 

Your Store Name <[email protected]>

then if you need to, seperate entries with a semi-colon ;
