Color change

This might sound like a stupid question but I need to change the color of the product name in the produc listings. For an example of what I am trying to do:

(this link doesn't totally work so if you can: go to linked site > scroll over shop online > click secure shopping > then click all products on left side....Sry for the complication)

 

I need to change that yellowish green color the products are listed in. (middle column)

 

I could also use information on changing the title headings for the columns, as you can see the product name as a random + in it.

 

Im looking for global changes if they exist, not single page changes.
