Guest
Warning: I am able to write to the configuration file: /web/osc/includes/configure.php. This is a potential security risk - please set the right user permissions on this file. Hi all I have the error above show on my website and i dont know how to fix it. I saw somewhere that you can just change a value from true to false which makes the error not appear but i forgot how to do it. Also when customers order products and they go to the checkout once they click on CHECKOUT it loads page that says shopping cart is EMPTY Please help asap as i am losing customers because of this thanks

jtwilk23
As for the configure warning, go to your ftp program and find the config file. Right click on config, go to properties, and set permissions to read only #444 is what worked for me. Sounds like you moved your store to the root directory? I had exactly the same problems. As for the shopping cart being empty, I am having the same problem but haven't found any answers.
