andesigns Posted August 6, 2006 Share Posted August 6, 2006 Hi, I am unable to change and add catagories via control panel. When I installed this on my home system I had no problem. The server had to install this on their system and now there are problems. This was a clean install. I then opened up the oscommerce control panel and tried to work on the catalog. I tried to add categories and products. I could not add a category to the top level of the hierarchy. I could add sub-categories and products with-in the categories. I could create the catalog files on my home system but this is not feasible after the set-up is done. This will need to be editable over the web and not on my home system. Any suggestions?
