Catalog images directory does not exist

So I just did a nice fresh install from Cpanel and for some reason I keep getting Error: Catalog images directory does not exist: DIR_FS_CATALOG_IMAGES. When I go to upload my images for a category/product, it shows the image missing. Here is a copy of my config, don't see anything wrong but please do point out something if you see that it is wrong. Also I'm running version 2.2-MS2.

you have a line missing. Add:
