lostndazed
Pretty elegant looking! Makes mine still look stock despite hours of work. I assume you know you have some broken links (mostly near the bottom). The About us section seems to not really capture me as a customer. Somehow comes across as merely bragging. (sorry! - and the following is not meant harshly) Specifically: It helps you buy smartly from premier retailers nationwide 1. "IT" is not something I put faith in. I might put faith in a person, a process, or even a company, but not IT. 2. HOW will you help me buy smartly? What's the difference between your site and all the other jewelry sites on the Internet? Jewelry.com is an Authority 1. From the rest of the text in that paragraph, I *might* believe that Jewelry.com is an authority, but who's that? The site is eoncrystal.co.uk, and JewelryStore is yet another entity mentioned? Which one would I be dealing with? (Customers get real confused over things like that. It's hard enough for them to remember ONE name correctly - which is the reason companies spend big money on branding.) You no longer need go to the mall and try to figure out which jeweler has the best item for your needs -- a tiresome task at best. 1. Unless you are selling security features by playing on a customer's fear, one should never sell on a negative aspect. One should play up the positive, adding "sizzle to the steak" so to speak. Why should I buy on online from YOU? Give me the positives AND make those positives ease my fears of buying from an unknown place. At JewelryStore, you can simply "pre-shop" our comprehensive collection and go to the mall prepared with a 'shopping list'; Or simply buy on-line from our trusted retailers. OK! THIS is what should have been played up from the beginning and put in much simpler terms! Most people wouldn't have read this far... I didn't even know that's what your site was and I thought I had read it! Still... I have questions. So try to answer not only WHAT, but Who, When, Where, Why, And How. One question I might still look, but two questions and I'm either too confused, or tired, or lazy, to figure out how I'm supposed to shop with you. As a customer, I'd just run off to somewhere easier. So, here are some of my self-centered customer questions: 1. Who are you? 2. If I see something I like, how do I order it? 3. Who am I really ordering from? 3. If something goes wrong, who do I deal with? 4. And what is the policy on straightening out the possible problem. 5. How come I can only contact you via email? (Are you a legitimate business?) 6. I thought I was preshopping for a "CULTURED FRESHWATER PEARL NECKLACE 16" and now I want to buy it from the "trusted retailer" like your About Us page says, (since I have too many questions to trust your site) , but how do I do that? Where do I go now, and what do I do? ========== Look at it as a customer, and answer their questions, and I'd bet your site will be pretty darn successful. boxtel
Please tell me what you think.. CLICK HERE All criticism appreciated  a thumbnailer would be nice, now they look mangled. try to make pictures that do not include fingerprints on the products, I have made the same mistake many times so no joke intended, if you make your own crystal images, use gloves. Not sure why you make most of your headers images, not a very smart SEO move. Why does your (pretty nice) box border stop on product info? Would not make the image watermark that strong and I would never put them on thumbnails. Like the Titanic. your back button on search result looks off key. shipping and returns, either have them or at least don't show "Put here your Shipping & Returns information." Your links page, partner page, : The webpage cannot be found design overall, I know that jewellery and crystal need a subdued style to make the product images stand out but I would still suggest a little color, subtle but still. Like the very subtle design though. Treasurer MFC

Andrew Yuen
I would fix this page: http://www.eoncrystal.co.uk/shipping.php and take away the default text. This is the reason why your site was not approved to be listed in the live shops directory. OTHER then that http://www.eoncrystal.co.uk/product_info.p...;products_id=59 on this page the bottom border on the main product info box appears to be missing. I would work on making the header more interesting. It looks like you are selling diamonds not crystals. I would include the following text in this picture: http://www.eoncrystal.co.uk/topb.jpg (Categories:) Andrew Yuen osCommerce, Community Team
matrix2223
I like the layout it is very well put together. However when I click on the contact us link there is no Phone number or address or anything. I would add this contrib: http://www.oscommerce.com/community/contri...+us+enhancement It will take the stock osC contact us and make it 100 times better. Which I this will make your site a lot better. Also those links at the bottom only the web design link works.
