Guest Posted August 5, 2006 Share Posted August 5, 2006 hello, I am having trouble for login to admin. if there is anyone could help me with this problem, I will really appreciated.... in Osc admin it require login with user name and password. I don't know why I need to type same user name and password more than 3 times then enter to administrate area. after enter. if I would like to update new product. after click add product.. it will go back to login page again... does there anyone can help me with this.....please.... Rose Are you using an .htacess and .htpasswd file to enter the admin area? If you use CPanel, go to the password protect directory and go to /public_html/catalog/admin and delete the usernames and password. Go back and lock the directory and create a new username and password. I had this problem with Apache 1.3.33 and it went away with 1.3.36. BACKUP your current files before editing.
