Cache directory does not exist

i have a cache dir names tmp, but still does not think there is one there?

using your ftp or the host's cpanel create a cache directory before the domain root. Lets say cache. Then goto your osc admin->Configuration->Cache select the Cache directory click edit and type in the fully qualified path.

 

If you don't know the qualified path you can use the osc Admin->Tools->Server Info, scroll down to the php variables locate the

_SERVER["DOCUMENT_ROOT"]

next to it is the root of for your hosting. Make a note of it, go back to the cache directory enter the path in, including the /cache/
