Does not check if passwords match

I was testing creating an account, and I didnt want to actually create the account, so I entered in a completely different password in the 2nd password field and it let me create an account! What can I do to fix this?

 

It might have something to do with my member approval mod that I have installed. When someone signs up to our site, they get a message saying your membership request was sent, and an approval request shows up in a section under the admin. However when I give 2 different passwords, it tells the customer there membership request was sent BUT we dont get the approval request DOESNT show up in the admin section. If I didnt have that mod installed, it might just not create the persons account at all.

 

I know there is already bugs with the signup page, like if you dont enter the state/province with the proper abbreviation or properly spelt full name, it accepts it (but doesnt create the account).
