Another Question from a Newbie

Hi again;

I want to thank those who assited with my last question about the Attributes. Off the wall question tho ... does adding differant Contributions for basically the same thing, counter act each other? Or because on differant lines etc things will be ok?

Anyway, onto my new question ..... While in my store, if I click on an image for more info, a seperate window pops up (which is what I want, as I want to have all the product info, attributes, additional images and add to cart there) but I receive this when the window opens : Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ')' in /home/ladykd54/public_html/cart/product_info.php on line 144

I am assuming I need to setup pages for each product .... how do I do this? Also, I want to add a pop up window to that page for additional color images on some products. How can I do this?

Oh ... another quick question .... I've been reading some of the other posts about editing the index.php that first comes up, and managed to remove the "Lets see what's here" and the "Guest acct set up". Now at the top of the page I have HEADING_TITLE and below that TEXT_GREETING_GUEST How do I remove these?

you must have removed the text by deleting the lines in english/index.php--

that is the wrong way to do it--

the right way to do it is to delete the call for them from catalog/index.php--

I am not sure what you mean about making pages--be more specific on that one--

a syntax error is usually a misplaced comma or similar, you will need to post the file here for specific help on that one--

for extra images I suggest THIS CONTRIBUTION, version 1.2 is the one I have used and it works perfectly

Hi Rabbit;

I'll go into the file you mentioned to remove the Heading_Title etc. Thank you. Have I messed things up horribely by deleting from the wrong file?

As for the pages I mentioned.... when a product image is clicked on to bring up the new page, which I assume is the page that shows the product info along with the attributes? Please forgive if I seem like an idiot here as this is my first time creating a shopping cart and I'm lost in html code writing lol. Infact, it scares me to death lol.
