cditty Posted August 4, 2006 Posted August 4, 2006 I was just trying to install the froogle contribution to my store. Everything was going great until I edited a few files like column_left.php and the english language file. Once I uploaded those files, I started getting this error on the /admin side only. Warning: mysql_connect() [function.mysql-connect]: Access denied for user 'mysql'@'localhost' (using password: NO) in /my/store/path/admin/includes/functions/database.php on line 19 Unable to connect to database server! I went and removed ALL changes that I did and reuploaded. No change. I even went as far as to delete the entire admin folder/sub-folders and reupload from the original compressed osCommerce files. Same error. I've tried cleaning out the browser cache. Tried accessing it on 2 computers. Nothing works. The front end of the store works fine. No errors, no nothing. All my products are there, everything looks ok. I only get that error when I hit the /admin folder. Anyone have any suggestions?
cditty Posted August 4, 2006 Author Posted August 4, 2006 Never mind. I didn't know that oscommerce had multiple configuration files that were created when the setup script was run. Found and fixed.
