multiple vendors with access?

Is there a contribution that allows me to have multiple vendors, each havng access to their own products only? basically like a mall situation. I would like to put the vendors in groups so that some vendors can have x number of products (and administer their own products), and yet another group can have y number of products (and administering their own products).

 

As i said, like a mall. so is there a contribution, that people recommend, that allows me to do this?
