Please help - Even tho only 1 pay mod turned on, both osC and 2CO request cc info

Originally when I was trying to get this to work I installed and turned on both the credit card module and the 2checkout module. I have since turned off the credit card module. On the Payment Information screen, osC lists the Billing address, and Payment Method. It says "This is currently the only payment method available to use on this order - 2CheckOut - and then asks for credit card information. Then it goes to 2checkout, and asks for credit card information again.

 

Shouldn't it just ask for cc info once? How can I turn off the first request for cc info?

 

I do not want to reinstall and start from scratch - I've got too much time invested in what I have developed now.

 

Any and all suggestions are greatly appreciated.
