My host is having trouble making a pass through the firewall to allow connect to secure.linkpt.net port 1129

 

They only know how to allow contact to an ip address not to a port.

 

Does anybody know how to tell APF firewall how to allow connection to secure.linkpt.net port 1129 without an ip address?

 

Or point me whereelse to look. I
