strange error

After installing, and adding

include(DIR_WS_BOXES . 'dm_categories.php');

to my header.php I am getting a weird error:

Warning: Variable passed to each() is not an array or object in d:\server\www\osc\includes\boxes\dm_categories.php on line 267

LayersMenu Error: setMenuStructureString: empty string.

Halted.

Any thoughts?
