Cannonical 301 redirects Problem

I recently added a 301 redirect to my .htaccess file to prevent cannonical issues with google. The site now resolves to the "www." URl even if the domain is entered without typing "www."

 

Oscommerce was setup prior to this and refers to the URLs without "www."

 

What files do I need to edit in OsCommerce so that it can find everything on the redirected URL?
