webpopsicle Posted August 3, 2006 Share Posted August 3, 2006 -when an order is placed via credit card we are not receiving the credit card details in the store admin or email -the store manager is not receiving an email to inform about the order -we need the following data for the credit card details: account name, long card number, expiry date, type of card, start date or issue number, security number (last 3 digits on the back of the card), verification of the card billing address. -even after back up there is an error message at the bottom of each page once signed into your account -some new customers when signing up to an account are finding their account has already been created and they don't know the password but we have not set any of these up yet -the customer receives 2 duplicate emails from the store manager as the order is progressed i.e. 2 to say order has been placed, 2 to say order is being processed, 2 to say order has been delivered.
