abra123cadabra
Google does weird things at the moment so as long as the googlebot comes on a daily basis, I wouldn't bother. My site is visited by google several times per day and it even crawls through the products but the number of indexed pages is like a yo-yo. There is no logic. One day I have 280 pages indexed, the next all but one are gone. abra The First Law of E-Commerce: If the user can't find the product, the user can't buy the product. madcrazygirl
Ok ty. Fairly new and thought it seemed an odd thing to be doing and wondered if I had something set up wrong. By the way your shop is very nice :) I had German aupairs for a few years so understand!
abra123cadabra
Thanks for the compliment! It's just annoying and actually not good for business the way these bots behave. I didn't expect to be in and out of the index all the time. Most hits come from MSN which dropped me as well. Now it's Yahoo to have most pages listed. Actually, I don't mind right now because I'm sitting in a small town in the heart of Bulgaria trying to survive this abnormal heat (38 C). It's even too hot to read my mails. Won't complain, we'll be back to fresh Dublin this weekend anyway. abra The First Law of E-Commerce: If the user can't find the product, the user can't buy the product.
