create_account.php different questions

Hello,

 

I would like to add additional questions to the create_account.php to put into customers profiles. When someone clicks on "create accont" from the login.php page, instead of the traditional "first name, last name, address, phone number" I want other questions such as "height, eye color, hair color", etc.

 

I know that this create_account.php pulls data or atleast posts data to the database, so is there an easy tutorial or can someone give some assistance on the easiest way to change out all the default questions and add questions that I would like into their profile?
