SlamMan Posted August 2, 2006 Share Posted August 2, 2006 I know many of you are very talaented and probably do this stuff for a living. I'm looking to build and roll out a new web site. I'd like to use OSCommerce and as much as I would like to learn, create and implement everything myself I need to hire someone. This way I'm not rolling out a new site sometime in 2008. Design is certainly important but I also need order processing, fulfillment and management to be easy and without repeated steps. (eg. no marking each order shipped or adding tracking info individually) Professional is a must. Local would be nice too. How or where would I go about hiring someone? One company that came recommended was www.Varien.com. They're not totally out of my budged but are on the high side. I'm looking at a minimum of $7k with them. Apparently they designed www.4inkjets.com which is a pretty big site. Any input or opinions are greatly appreciated. I'm sort of lost.
