smp Posted August 2, 2006 Share Posted August 2, 2006 hi! i'm new to this place and i have a perhaps rather stupid question. am i the only one who can't make the upload of all the files to work? it's been a long time since i last used any free stuff (and that used to be cgi-scripts), and i've kind of forgotten how to do these things.. i tried to make it work yesterday, but somehow, it didn't work out - at all.. :( first of all; when i open the .zip-file, there are no folders, just a large amount of files, both .php and .gif's.. i uploaded the .php's in ascii mode, and the rest in automatic (binary, i suppose).. and after that, i got no further, really... can anyone please explain to me how i do this? preferably dummy style, step by step :D i'd be so grateful... thanks in advance!!!
